Simple terms for a straightforward order.
These terms apply when you browse lachicafe.com, submit feedback or place an order with La’chi Cafe.

Using the website
You may use the website for personal, lawful purposes. Please provide accurate information, do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access, misuse access codes or use automated methods that could disrupt ordering for other customers.
Orders and availability
Menu availability, stock and café status can change. Submitting an order records your request; the order is accepted when La’chi confirms it after checking availability and payment. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be verified or fulfilling it is not reasonably possible.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and may be updated before an order is submitted. Payment is made to the UPI ID displayed at checkout through your chosen payment app. A screenshot shared on WhatsApp helps us verify payment but does not itself guarantee settlement. If a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled, we will coordinate an appropriate replacement or refund.
Changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to change. Because dishes are freshly prepared, cancellation or modification may not be possible after preparation begins. Any refund timing can depend on the bank or payment service used.
Food information
Nutrition values are reasonable estimates and can vary with ingredients, portioning and preparation. The menu is vegetarian, but customers with allergies, intolerances or specific medical dietary needs should contact us before ordering. Website information is not medical or nutritional advice.
Feedback and communications
You retain ownership of feedback you submit, while giving La’chi permission to use it internally to improve the service. We may reply about the message you sent. Promotional communication is separate and requires your optional consent; you can opt out at any time.
Brand and content
The La’chi name, logos, menu presentation, photographs and original website content belong to La’chi Cafe or its licensors. You may not reproduce or use them commercially without written permission. External links are provided for convenience and are governed by the destination service’s terms.
Responsibility and governing law
We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. To the extent permitted by law, La’chi is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The current version and effective date will appear here. Questions can be sent to social@lachicafe.com.
