Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect your name, mobile number, room or delivery note, selected items, order value and payment or fulfilment status. Email is optional at checkout.

When you send feedback, we collect your name, email, optional phone number, feedback category and message. If you use a protected founder or team area, we may also process the identity supplied by the sign-in provider and retain an activity record for security and accountability.

How we use it

We use this information to receive and fulfil orders, verify payment, communicate order updates, reply to feedback, keep the service secure and understand how La’chi can improve.

Promotional email or WhatsApp messages are sent only when you have actively opted in. You can opt out at any time by replying to the message or emailing us.

Cookies and device storage

We use essential cookies for protected menu and administrator access. The website may store a small device preference, such as the position of the floating contact panel. We do not currently use third-party advertising cookies on the public menu.

Payments and external services

UPI payments are completed through your chosen payment app. If you send a payment screenshot or message through WhatsApp, that service processes it under its own privacy terms. Authorised La’chi administrators may connect Google, YouTube, Gmail or Meta tools for approved publishing and business operations; those providers process information under their own policies.

When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers needed to host, secure or operate the website, with communication and payment services you choose to use, or when required by applicable law. Access is limited to people who need it for La’chi operations.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes above, operational records, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no online system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with you, withdraw marketing consent, or raise a privacy concern by writing to social@lachicafe.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Children and updates

Our ordering service is not directed to children under 13. If a minor uses the service, a parent or guardian should supervise the order. We may update this policy as the service changes; the current version and effective date will always appear on this page.
